Welcome to Access on Demand

Set up the app, book a trip, pay with Access on Demand, share your location, manage trips, and wrap up payment at the end.

01Getting set up

Set up the app and verify your account

Step 01

Check your inbox

Look for the Access on Demand onboarding email from Sunshine Rides. This kicks off your rider app setup.

Download the app

Scroll to the bottom of the email and tap the App Store or Google Play button to download.

Accept the terms

Tap Continue to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Enter your mobile number

Enter the mobile number registered in BookBusiness, then tap Continue.

Receive the SMS code

The app texts a 6-digit validation code to your phone.

Enter the code

Type in the code. The app verifies your number automatically.

Add your details

Enter your first name, last name, and email address, then tap Continue.

Set Access on Demand as default

Choose ACCESS ON DEMAND as your default payment method for credited trips.

Turn on notifications

Tap Enable when asked about push notifications so you can follow trip updates.

Check My Account

Confirm your email is verified and Access on Demand is set. Go to Menu › My Account.

Open the verification email

If it says email not verified, tap resend, then open the email from no-reply@icabbi.com and tap the link.

Your browser confirms the email is verified. Onboarding is complete.

Know where the main tools are

Open the side menu

Tap the menu icon to reach My account, Book a trip, My trips, Payment methods, Help centre, and Live location sharing.

Review one trip

A trip detail screen shows the booking ID, pickup, destination, fare information, and status.

My trips has Prebookings, Active, and History tabs for upcoming and past rides.

03Choosing how you pay

Use Access on Demand for credited trips

Step 1

Open payment options

Tap the menu, then Payment methods. You'll see your personal options and your Access on Demand business account.

Turn on Access on Demand

Under Business Payments, tap ACCESS ON DEMAND so the green check appears.

Double-check before bookingIf you choose cash, Apple Pay, or a personal card instead, you may be charged the full fare. Confirm the payment method before you book.
04Booking your ride

Book a trip from pickup to drop-off

Pickup / drop-off

Confirm the two address boxes

The top box is pickup, the bottom box is your destination. Check both before booking.

Pick the right suggestion

Start typing your destination and choose the correct match from the Suggestions list.

Check the map view

Use the map to confirm your pickup location and nearby landmarks.

Choose your vehicle

Pick the vehicle that suits the trip — Wheelchair Full Van, Sedan, Minivan, SUV, or Any Vehicle.

Add a driver note

Tap Add note to share pickup details, like where you're waiting. Tap Save when done.

Add extras if needed

Tap Extras for optional requirements such as an extra passenger. Watch the fare update before saving.

Review selected extras

Selected extras show an orange check and update the fare estimate where they apply.

Confirm business payment

Before booking, confirm the popup asking if you want to pay with your business payment method.

Wait for driver matching

After booking, the app shows success and starts checking for available drivers. Tap Trip details anytime.

05While you're on your way

Help the driver find you and track the trip

Step 1

Share your live location

Sharing your location helps your driver find you at pickup. They only see it when within 500m of your pickup point.

Check trip details

The trip screen shows pickup, destination, payment, vehicle, extras, and fare estimate. Use Call or Cancel trip if needed.

06Changing or cancelling

Find the trip and cancel if you need to

Open My trips and use Prebookings, Active, or History to locate the booking.

Trip details shows the booking ID, addresses, fare information, and available actions.

Confirm cancellation

Tap Cancel trip, then confirm Yes when the cancellation dialog appears.

To cancel, open the ride you want to cancel and tap Cancel trip.

Choose the closest reason

Select a reason such as driver wait time, taking alternative transport, or needing to change something.

Type your own reason

If none of the preset reasons fit, tap Other and type a short explanation.

07Wrapping up your trip

What to expect at the end of your trip

Step 1

When you arrive, your driver handles the closeout on the Ember device in the vehicle.

Driver ends the trip

The driver taps Stop Trip, then End Trip, and closes out the journey.

Choose payment method

The Ember device shows what's due. Choose cash or debit/credit and follow the screen.

Tap card or smartphone

Hold your card or phone to the reader. Wait for the chime and hold until the reader detects payment.

Review total and finish

You'll know payment was successful when you see the Trip completed screen.
